Shipping
In-stock regular orders, we ship within one week.
If a product is not in stock, we will tell you promptly.
We ship via FedEx. For Next Day Air service, please place your order by phone.

Need it sooner?
Let us know - for products in stock, we can often ship the same day we receive your order. If you have a deadline, please let us know what it is.

Returns
Returns are gladly accepted within 5 days if the items are returned in unused condition. We understand if it "just wasn't what you had in mind." However, we cannot accept returns if any non-shipping damage has taken place.
